How it works

    After launch, sign up with your IMC registration number, proof of PI insurance, and an identity verification check.

    Patients complete a short online form and report symptoms in an AI-guided video interview.

    You review cases — with access to the original transcript and recording — and approve or decline.

    Get paid per review, regardless of your decision.

We value your clinical judgement

Our platform is set up in a way that allows you to effectively exercise your clinical judgement in an online setting.

We do:

  • Pay you for every review, regardless of outcome
  • Allow ample time (20 minutes) to review requests
  • Provide you with a video and full transcript from an AI-guided discussion of patient symptoms

We do not:

  • Penalise you for rejecting requests
  • Provide speed bonuses for “fast reviews”
  • Ask you to make a clinical judgement on the basis of a short online form alone

We respect your legal and professional obligations

Our platform complies with Medical Council guidance and your existing insurance policies.

Medical Council guidance

  • We verify the identity of patients
  • We don't guarantee certificate outcomes or allow backdating
  • Optional GP-share consent offered to patients

Professional indemnity insurance

  • We are registered and based in Ireland
  • We hold our own professional indemnity cover (required by some PI insurance providers)
  • Full GDPR compliance with all processors
