This privacy notice explains how MK Rose Limited (trading as quicksicknote) handles personal information on this pre-launch website.
What we collect
When you submit your email via our waitlist form, we collect:
- Your email address
- The time of submission
When you visit this site, our analytics provider (Simple Analytics, EU-based, cookieless) records anonymous pageview data. No personal data is collected.
Why we collect it
We collect your email for one purpose only: to notify you when our service launches. We will not send marketing emails, newsletters, or any other communications.
Who we share it with
- Tally (form provider, EU-based): processes your form submission and forwards it to us. See tally.so/privacy.
- Simple Analytics (analytics provider, Netherlands): cookieless, no personal data. See simpleanalytics.com/privacy-policy.
We do not share your information with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We retain your email until we launch and send the launch notification, plus a reasonable period after (up to six months). After that, or on request, we delete it.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission.
